I know I talk alot about my muffins and as Anne in seattle wrote "she has an addiction to them", I too feel the same way!

Today I wanted to talk about "Stjerneskud" from my Vikings cookbook. This is truly a delicous dish and will knock your family and friends out with the presentation and most importantly, the taste. Let me know how you go with one.
