The Holiday Season is almost upon us....Again!

I want to take this opportunity before the crazy rush begins, to remind you all who have been writing to me with feedback and questions, that these cookbooks make lovely gifts and don't forget that muffins make a lovely festive plate....you can dress them up in coloured patty pans, make them mini, or regular size and best of all, they are a better for your body muffin.......don't forget they freeze well too.
